Denise Mosteller has established herself as a leading expert in the brand protection industry and has over 25 years

of experience in investigation, brand management, channel compliance, and intellectual property. She is the

Founder of Brand Preserve LLC, a brand protection agency that has helped numerous brands implement effective

strategies to protect their intellectual property and preserve their brand integrity.

Ms. Mosteller's background as a licensed investigator has enabled her to develop comprehensive brand protection

strategies that often require thinking outside the box. Throughout her career, she has participated in countless

criminal and civil investigations, working with state and federal law enforcement agencies to facilitate the arrest of

numerous counterfeiters. Her expertise extends to a wide range of industries, including medical devices, health and

beauty, food, alcohol, tobacco, pet, academic institutions, firearms, footwear, and eyewear.

Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Mosteller has established policies and procedures to vet and scrutinize

resellers and distributors at all levels of the supply chain. Her responsibilities include identifying, investigating, and

resolving appearances of gray market goods as well as unauthorized/counterfeit products on all major eCommerce

marketplaces, with a particular focus on Amazon enforcement and remediation. Having experience from all facets

of brand protection - software, service provider, consultant and from a brand’s perspective, Ms. Mosteller has the

unique ability to see how all the pieces work together to find the best strategy and solution for her clients.

As a result of her extensive experience, Ms. Mosteller has had the opportunity to speak at many anti-counterfeiting

and brand protection conferences across the U.S. and Canada and enjoys giving investigation tips to help brands find those online sellers.
